Minutes of May 17^th, 2005

Attendance: Joe Bonapace, Grant Fletcher, Carol Masiello

Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes of the May 3^rd meeting. Motion Joe Bonapace, second Grant Fletcher. Passed 3-0

Update

Grant will write to Allan Klepper to discuss changing ISP’s.

Allan has not responded to Grant’s request for information about GIS on the web site.

Allan has spoken to Cortney Keegan about paying bills online.

Jen has not contacted Grant about correcting the incorrect pagination with the bylaws.

Jen is willing to do the updating of the town calendar on the web site. She will collect meeting notices and update frequently.

No one has responded to the user survey on the site.

The committee will speak to Allan about web site policy and the position of a site manager.

Grant needs at least seven days notice to place content on the site.

Grant will put the parks on the site, Rachael Landry never gave him the information.

Carol will ask Holly to furnish an official explanation on the details of registering to vote etc. This would be excellent to have on the site.
