  • Administrate the Hot Meals Nutrition Program
  • Provide Annual Flu Shots
  • Provide a Podiatry Clinic
  • Provide VNA Blood Pressure Clinics
  • Administer Tri-Valley Elder Services
  • Administer the Senior Work Off Program
  • Run the "RUOK?" Program
  • Provide Computer Classes to seniors
  • Offer Fuel Assistance Application (SMOC) Help
  • Assist Seniors with SSI, MediCare, and MediCaid
  • Help provide Transportation to Medical Appointments
  • Help provide Transportation to Shopping
  • Help Seniors through AARP Income Tax Assistance
  • Assist Seniors to Complete Prescription Advantage Applications
  • Administer SHINE (Serving Health Information for Elders
    Provide Counselors for Health Insurance Assistance
  • Offer Notary Public Services to Seniors
  • Act as Fallon Representative
