5 Ways to Participate in a LIVE Board of Selectmen Meeting

Did you know there are multiple ways to attend, view, listen, or comment at a Board of Selectmen Meeting? Choose the one that works best for you! Connection Issues? If one way isn't working properly, try a different option – there are many ways to stay connected!

1. Participate in person at Uxbridge Town Hall, Board of Selectmen Meeting Room, 21 S. Main Street, Uxbridge. Meetings are held live (unless otherwise noted on the agenda). Click here for an agenda. Agendas must be posted 48 hours in advance. 

2. Participate via Zoom (from your computer, laptop, phone, or iPad,) by going to https://zoom.us/join. Click here to find the Zoom information of the meeting you wish to join. To join via Zoom, please be sure to sign into your Zoom account before the meeting begins. 3. Participate via Uxbridge Cable Access TV by watching at home from your local cable channel 191. Comments can be made by calling into the meeting. Click here to obtain the phone number, meeting ID, and passcode of the meeting you wish to join. When you wish to speak, dial *9 to raise your hand and wait to be recognized by the Chair.

4. Participate via Uxbridge Community Television website (from your computer, laptop, phone, or iPad,) by going to https://www.uxbridgetv.org/; then go to Government Channel and click on the live meeting. Comments can be made by calling into the meeting. Click here to obtain the phone number, meeting ID, and passcode of the meeting you wish to join. When you wish to speak, dial *9 to raise your hand and wait to be recognized by the Chair.

5. Participate via Telephone to listen & comment.  Comments can be made by calling into the meeting. Click here to obtain the phone number, meeting ID, and passcode of the meeting you wish to join. When you wish to speak, dial *9 to raise your hand and wait to be recognized by the Chair.

Want to Comment?
Prior to speaking, state your name and address. Public comment will be limited to 3 minutes per person in order to keep the meeting moving. Citizens who wish to speak about a concern that is not part of the agenda may do so under “Citizens’ Forum”. Citizens wishing to comment during a Public Hearing would do so during the Public Hearing when the Chair asks for public comments. If you are attending in person, make your way to the podium either during Citizens’ Forum or during Public Hearing comments. If you are using Zoom, click “Raise Hand” on the bottom of your screen and wait to be recognized by the Chair.
