Dog Park Committee
About & Summary of Responsibilities
The Uxbridge Dog Park is a 3-acre parcel of Town owned land within the 100 acre lot on Sutton Street. The park was built with a grant from the Stanton Foundation and generous donations from the community and opened on July 11, 2020. The park consists of two areas, one for small dogs and one for large dogs.
The Dog Park Committee, along with Uxbridge Unleashed, Inc. maintain the park through Town and community support. The park is open to all dogs in the Blackstone Valley as long as they are properly licensed in their home town and both rabies and town tags are visible on their collar. All rules must be followed by owners and are posted on this page, on Facebook page and at the park.
The park is open from March 21 through December 21st, weather permitting and the hours are dawn to dusk. Potential closures are posted on the kiosk at the entrance to the park and on the Facebook page.
