Benefits
The Benefits Department, a division of the Human Resources Department, works under the direction of the Human Resources Professional, the Town Manager, and the Select Board. They are committed to a broad range of personnel services and benefits available to Town and School Employees and Retirees.
The main functions of the Benefits Department are enrolling/maintaining employees and retirees to the Town's sponsored Health, Dental, Vision and Life insurance plans, as well as Flexible Spending and Dependent Care Accounts.
