If you are experiencing an odor from the Industrial Park area on Douglas Street, please contact our Odor Complaint Hotline.  Operators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 800-285-7232.  Please call the hotline as soon as you notice the odor so the source can be investigated in a timely manner.
