Uxbridge Community Level Data 1/21/2021

In the past week we have had  49 new cases of COVID-19 bringing the total count to 611 as of January 21, 2021. With the continued increase in cases Uxbridge remains in the RED category in the Massachusetts Public Health Report.  It is more important than ever to remain vigilant- wear your mask, wash your hands, and socially distance at all times. Aditionally, If you are a resident or an employee who works in Uxbridge, Mendon, Douglas, or Northbridge and are interested in receiving the COVID-19 Vaccine, please compete this form so we can notify you when a clinic becomes available to you. You can fill out this form on behalf of someone else. If you are inquiring about several individuals, please fill out one form for each individual. Notifications will be sent by email.
